The room was very small and we struggled to put luggage in the room. We moved to another hotel a few blocks away the next night at about the same price and it was faultless so you can't use the "space is a premium" argument. There wasn't signage to what floor the reception was on, and the room was smelly.

excellent location, nearby food outlets, Indian food hotels, cheap and branded shopping shops close,drop off and pickup from airport by cheap bus shuttle at 200 meters, you can avoid costly taxi, train station close. best location. excessive gadgets and automation inside toilets.

We had problem with our wifi, but they brought us the portable and apologized million times for the inconvinence caused. Very efficient staff.
i love the location, 2 min. walk to train station. A lot of restaurants near by. The staff is very helpful and polite.

No reasonable priced food in immediate area though there was within 5-10 walk. Uncomfortable bed + pillows
Good spot, very close to metro line and JR line which was convenient for getting to/coming from. Excellent helpful staff

The location was good, bathroom was big and wifi was great. I appreciated that it it was near a bus terminal to Narita,
However, staff was rude and didn't allow us to check in until we paid even though we explained that it was already paid for. They tried to make up for it but first impressions last.
