This was VERY SPACIOUS, STAFF SPOKE VERY LITTLE ENGLISH BUT DID MAKE AN EFFORT OTHER THAN WRONG LOCATION THIS WOULD OF BEEN VERY LUXURIOUS FOR US.HIGH RISE GREAT VIEW MULTIPLE ELEVATORS AND STAFF HELPED WITH BAGS WHICH WAS A NEW EXPERIENCE FOR US. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

 Easy to find. Taxis know it. Signs near main road. Staff speaks almost no English. Friendly and attentive. Room is very dated and certainly not 4 star, but large, comfy bed and furniture, TV stations limited, paid for wifi is so slow. No reason to stay in this area at all except if you have business at the hospital right across main road. Almost no where to eat at all but a 7 eleven is 5 mins walk. Only entertainment is low class karaoke bars nearby. Airport link is too far away to be of any practical use. Have to take taxis anywhere you go.

Location was a long way from anything so taxis home from anywhere weren't keen to travel that far. Only one person could use Wi-Fi at a time (you could buy extra though at 100 baht/day). Breakfast was not great but there was not really anywhere else close to go. There was only one formal restaurant close by, and a small cheap restaurant up the alley. Both were good luckily because there was no other choice but to go out again. The staff didn't speak English so it made it hard to communicate. We ended up with a taxi to the wrong place at one point because they didn't understand where we wanted to go. There was no markets and only a small 24 hour shop close so nowhere to buy food from. There were lots of basic things missing from the kitchen eg no knives or cooking utensils, chopping boards etc only place settings for 4 people, no cloths or detergent to wash dishes or cleaning products. The microwave cords and jug cords couldn't reach power points so you had to move them to the bedroom or the floor to plug them in. Really someone from the hotel needs to try living there a few days to see what is required!

If you love a relax stay, far away from trafic and noise, this is ideal hotel. Only problem is that almost nobody speak English but everybody very friendly. Good breakfast, nice and quite swimmingpool and fitness. Very child friendly.
